Terms & Conditions

Accommodation is for four people only unless with prior permission and subsequent sur charge.

The arrival day is flexible, however we ask that guests arrive no earlier than 4 PM and depart at 10 AM.

Rental includes:
Electricity, gas, oil, hot water, all bed linen, bathroom towels and tea towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

Deposit:
To secure a booking, please complete the booking form and send it with your booking deposit – 20% of the agreed rate.

The balance must be paid six weeks prior to arrival.

From 2 weeks 50% of balance is lost
Less than two weeks: no refund.

The owners cannot accept liability for any death, personal injury or loss in the grounds or in the premises, nor for events outside their control such as electric cuts or water shortages. To protect yourself against any of the above mentioned it is essential that all members of the party have adequate travel insurance.

Guests are requested to leave the property clean and tidy.

Only those named on the booking form may stay overnight in the house.

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the house.

No smoking allowed.

Animals are permitted in the house, and the surrounding land although the rear yard is private

We require a £100 security deposit for any damages or breakages that occur during the stay, this is will be fully refunded within seven days of departure pending approval.

By paying a deposit the guests accept the booking terms and conditions as stated.
