Description
The Annex located just outside Comber in the rural townland of Ballyaltikilligan with scenic surroundings looking out over Scrabo Tower, Strangford Lough and the local countryside.
The accommodation comprises a large living room with wood burning stove, double bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom and access to our surrounding land. Dedicated parking is available for up to two cars, plus room for motorhomes, caravans or small boats with prior notice.
Belfast is only a 15 minute drive away to experience all the culture, or shopping available to you.
Or for the more adventurous use us a base to explore from the North Coast to the Mourne Mountains.
Tastefully decorated we hope the Annex provides a welcoming home from home.
Living/Dining Room
A bright living room with views over our orchard and chickens provides a warming environment especially with a wood burning stove for cosy nights in. A modern television and DVD player, with all the main streaming options is available, or stereo with connections for all smartphones and tablets for enjoyment. A sofa bed offers additional sleeping space with prior notice.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. We provide all the utensils you might need whether a quick meal or a full Sunday roast!
We provide the kitchen staples including (but not limited to) salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee and tea. We also aim to always make sure that the basics for a meal are available such as porridge, pasta and some tinned goods awaiting your arrival.
Master Bedroom
A cosy double bed with views onto the Orchard, with only the sounds of birds and nature. Good storage including wardrobe and chest of drawers for any length of stay.
Bathroom
A clean white suite including a walk in shower enclosure with instant hot water. Essential toiletries are provided.
Outside
We have approximately an acre and half of land comprising formal garden, vegetable patch, orchard, decked entertainment area and rural field. As a dog friendly property, we know from experience our field is rated 5 star for ball throwing.
