Description
Welcome to Ninety Seven, boutique self-catering accommodation in the bustling seaside town of Holywood.
The house has a private entrance and free on street parking. It comprises a large living/dining room, two double bedrooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and private sunny yard.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and have endeavoured to include everything you might want for your stay. Only a few minutes walk into the popular town of Holywood with connections to Belfast via train or bus.
Living/Dining Room
A spacious and bright living room with dining area perfect for relaxing during your stay. A selection of books and films are available to all guests, alternatively streaming options are available using the modern television.
Kitchen
Overlooking the rear yard the summery kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hub, fridge/freezer and washing machine. We provide all the utensils you may need during your stay.
A selection of essential cooking produce is available including coffee, tea, sugar, porridge, pasta and selection of tinned goods. Basics such as salt, pepper and cooking oil is also stocked.
Master Bedroom
At the front of the house is a cosy and fresh full sized double bedroom. Hanging space and underbed storage is provided for all your luggage needs.
Second Bedroom
Another welcoming double bed looking out over the rear garden. Lots of storage in a modern chest of drawers with integrated hanging.
Bathroom
A clean white suite with a modern shower with instant hot water. We always provide essential toiletries so if you forget we don’t.
Outside
A small but perfectly formed rear yard offers a private sheltered sun trap to relax in.
